Not happy with your Coolifier purchase? Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange — our goodwill policy, on top of your statutory rights below.
Your statutory right to cancel (EU & UK)
If you're in the EU or UK, you also have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Just email us to cancel — no reason needed — and we'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or your proof of postage).
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo — we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, usually with no return needed.
How to start a return
- Email hello@coolifier.com with your order number (and reason, unless it's a statutory cancellation).
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Once your return is received and checked, we refund to your original payment method.
For hygiene reasons, used items may not qualify for the goodwill return — but this never affects your statutory EU/UK rights.
